Full House Renovation in Hampstead

Project Overview

This flagship project involved the comprehensive renovation and extension of a detached period property in Hampstead, one of London's most prestigious residential areas. The scope included a new basement level adding 50sqm of space for a home cinema and utility room, a contemporary rear extension with floor-to-ceiling glazing, and a full interior renovation across all four floors. Every system in the house was renewed — electrics, plumbing, heating, and insulation — bringing the property up to modern standards while preserving its period charm. The exterior brickwork was restored, the original sash windows were refurbished with slim-profile double glazing, and the front garden was redesigned with traditional black iron railings and York stone paving.
