Rear Extension & Loft Conversion in Tottenham

Project Overview

This combined project in Tottenham tackled two common requirements in one build, adding a 4m single storey rear extension at ground level and a full rear dormer loft conversion to a compact Victorian 2-bedroom terraced house. The ground floor extension created a generous open-plan kitchen-diner with skylights and French doors to the garden, while the loft conversion provided a new third bedroom and family bathroom. The coordinated approach saved the client significant cost compared to running the projects separately, with shared scaffolding, a single building control application, and one construction team on site throughout. The interior finish included engineered timber flooring, contemporary tiling, and a neutral palette to maximise the sense of space.
